Looking for something fun to occupy the kids this summer? Then look no further than Haslemere Museum.

Why not visit the museum's gardens, which are open daily (except Sundays and Mondays), and enjoy a string of outdoor family events?

Children can meet some friendly animals on August 8, thanks to Mill Cottage Farm, who are popping in for a visit.

Bring a teddy along for the teddy bears’ picnic on August 15, and watch an outdoor theatre adaptation of Beatrix Potter’s Jemima Puddleduck on August 20. Poor Jemima just wants to hatch her own eggs, but when she meets a charming 'whiskered gentleman', will he turn out to be as nice as he seems?

The museum also has a child-friendly exhibition about dinosaurs throughout August, alongside related activity sessions, including dinosaur-themed arts and crafts and dinosaur-themed LEGO building.
