IT IS your last chance to get your Christmas cards posted by the Liphook Scouts Christmas Card postal service. The scouts can deliver your cards to people in Liphook, Bramshott, Passfield, Conford and Fernhurst, for a bargain at 25p a card.

Their yellow boxes are ready and waiting in Sainsbury’s, Co-op and Gables. Just drop your cards in the box alongside payment and the scouts will stamp them for you or buy your stamps from Gables. Last collection is at midday on Saturday, December 16 with all cards delivered from December 17.

Scout leader Mark Boosey said: “Our enthusiastic members are looking forward to helping distribute cards again. The group needs to fundraise to keep going, and our annual postal service is now one of our main fundraising sources, so I hope everyone supports us by putting their cards in our boxes. We’re 50p cheaper than a Royal Mail second class stamp, now their prices have gone up again.”
