You could live in Grayshott your whole life and never know about Hidden Valley – but the secret is now out.

Tucked away down a track off the main High Street, this woodland site is the creation of Kat and Matt, partners in both life and business. Hidden Valley Grayshott hosts year-round children's woodland holiday camps, birthday parties, toddler play sessions, and wellness activities for adults.

Kat and Matt's journey is as adventurous as their business. The couple met in Switzerland while working on the ski slopes.

“We just knew this was it from day one,” Matt said.

Their romance could have ended there, with Kat heading off to sing on a cruise ship in the Norwegian fjords and Matt embarking on an adventure, crossing the Pacific Ocean in a small sailing boat. But five months and many long-distance calls later, they reunited and worked together on a large yacht for three years.

Now married and living in Grayshott, Kat and Matt are joined by Nala, their four-legged staff member, who is undoubtedly the star of the Hidden Valley team – just ask the kids!

Hidden Valley was born when an opportunity arose to lease land from the Huntington and Langham Estate, just a short walk from their home.

“It was like it was meant to be,” said Kat. “Hidden Valley is so close it feels like part of our home.”

Driven by their love of adventure and nature, Kat and Matt have transformed the forest into a unique space for learning and fun, offering holiday camps, educational days, yoga retreats, and more.

Their mission is simple: “Let our family look after yours.”

Hidden Valley is fast becoming a community hub where both children and adults can reconnect with nature. But the pair have a very important rule everyone must follow: “Get messy and have fun.”
