SEARCH-and-rescue teams from across Hampshire were called to help free a woman stuck in the mud behind Blackmoor Golf Club.

Firefighters at Bordon fire station responded at 6.31pm last Monday evening (January 3) to reports of a lady trapped in mud, and were later joined by a search-and- rescue team from Cosham fire station near Portsmouth.

A Bordon fire station spokesman said: "She had been walking with her two dogs and got herself stuck in an attempt to follow her adventurous dog.

"Everyone returned safe and well, looking forward to a well-earned warm cuppa."
