AN ARMY of volunteers will sweep through Petersfield on a cleaning blitz this Saturday.

Extra hands will be welcome on the litter pick organised by the Petersfield Climate Action Network.

All ages are welcome. Volunteers taking part in the two-hour blitz should meet at Refill & Replenish for a 10am start.

Equipment and hi-vis clothing will be provided but participants are encouraged to take collection bags, litter-picking devices and protective gloves if possible.
