WHITEHILL & Bordon residents who fancy a New Year clear-out could raise a bit of cash at The Shed this weekend.

A “fun and frugal” month of events at the venue will begin this Saturday with a January Jumble from 9am to midday.

Entry is free for buyers while a limited number of car parking spaces are available to book for £5.

The jumble sale will coincide with a Saturday market from 11am to 3pm with the event moving indoors for January and February 24.

And if you need to unwind after some shopping then how about joining the free Wine and Walk event? Grab a complimentary glass of wine and make new friends on a 3pm walk around Hogmoor and back, with dogs welcome.

Finally, The Phoenix and The Shed have joined forces to hold another ‘Pay What You Feel Comedy Club’ night at The Cube next Thursday.

Tony Cowards is part of a great line-up which also includes Ben van Der Velde, the fabulous Danny Deegan.
