A PHOTOGRAPHER from Milford was sentenced in his absence to six years in jail after being found guilty in December of five counts under the Sexual Offences Act.
Mark Hector Jones, 68, of Oakfield, was charged with causing a person with a mental disorder to agree or engage in sexual activity by inducement, threat or deception, causing a person with a mental disorder to agree or engage in sexual activity by inducement, threat or deception with penetration.
He was also charged with three counts of sexual activity with a person with a mental disorder whose agreement is obtained by inducement, threat or deception.
Guildford Crown Court head last Thursday that graphic pictures were taken of the “vulnerable victim” and explicit pictures where also taken of her having sex with another man and with Jones. The offences were believed to have taken place on and off for several years.
