Save The Children’s Petersfield branch held its Big Sale at the Tithe Barn Ditcham again, following last year’s great success.
It was the perfect setting for a better-than-ever fashion show featuring models of ages as well as, for the first time, two male models.
Many of the stylish outfits sold on the night which is testament to the high quality of clothing the Big Sale now attracts as well as the flair of the superb volunteer models.
Penny Blois, chair of the branch, said the event raised in excess of £17,000 which will go towards helping children here in the UK, war-torn Ukraine, earthquake-ravaged areas of Turkey and Syria, and children suffering extreme hardship.
Penny added: “I’d like to thank the Petersfield committee and every single volunteer who helped with the mountain of work before the event, during the sale on the ‘shop’ floor and catering, the enthusiastic models and hair and makeup department.
“Finally, our huge thanks to Britannia Reeves – their year-round help is invaluable.”
