Another Farnham postcard view from Paul Rollinson this week showing Cambridge House in West Street – but I’m uncertain of the date as the postmark is indistinct.
The address is 69 West Street and the building now houses an orthodontist and flats.
However, it appears at the time it was the home of a “private school for girls” according to the sign in the adjacent garden.
Unfortunately the sign is not quite sharp enough to read the name of the principal fully – a Mrs W Pxxxx.
Can anybody remember the school or tell us more about it, please?
