THE 48-hour junior doctors’ strike due to start on this Tuesday, January 26, has been cancelled by the British Medical Association, this follows a successful 24-hour strike which took place last week.
The strike which was due to start at 8am has been called off as discussions over new contracts continue between the Government and the British Medical Association.
On Tuesday, January 12, from 8am until noon around 40 junior doctors stood in unison outside Frimley Park Hospital before making their way to Lion and Lamb Yard, in Farnham as they readied themselves for talks with Farnham MP and Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt.
