Haslemere Library is hosting a Fun Palace event on Saturday, October 5, from 10am to 4pm, offering a variety of free workshops for all ages. This vibrant, community-driven event aims to bring people together for a day of creativity, learning, and fun.
Part of a national initiative, Fun Palaces encourages cultural and creative engagement by inviting local people to share their skills. Haslemere's event will feature ukulele lessons, dance sessions, knitting and crochet tutorials, wicker wand making, and more. All skill levels are welcome, whether you're a beginner or experienced.
This community event is completely free and open to all. It’s the perfect opportunity to try new activities, meet local people, and connect with others in a fun and supportive environment. Haslemere residents are invited to come along and celebrate the unique talents and creativity of their community.
