HASLEMERE District Cub leaders took 73 Cub Scouts from seven district packs to RAF Hendon in London.
The Cubs played card games and read comics on the journey to London.
At the museum, the Cubs and leaders toured the six aircraft hangers and learned about the history of flight from the 1900s to the present day, exploring the many types of military and passenger aircraft on display.
The flight simulators were popular and the Cubs got to pretend they were part of the Red Arrows for a short while, before it was time to land.
The Cubs visited the gift shop at the museum before boarding the coach home with happy memories of all the aeroplanes and helicopters they had seen and learned about.
