New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of East Hampshire’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them both.

Petersfield Catering @ Petersfield Bowls & Snooker Club, a pub, bar or nightclub at Petersfield Bowls & Snooker Club St Peters Road Petersfield Gu32 3hx was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on October 11.

And Alton Station Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Station Cafe Station Road Alton Gu34 2pz was also given a score of five on September 30.
