There is always something new going on at Haslemere Museum, and this November is no different.
Starting from Friday, November 3, the Georgian Images of Haslemere exhibition will run until December 23. It will feature John and his son Edward Hassell’s 2,000 watercolours of Surrey painted from 1820 to 1833.
This exhibition focuses on the Hassells’ depictions of the local area, which reveal a picturesque view of Surrey before the age of the railway.
On Friday, November 3 from 1.30 to 2.30pm there will be an Early Years session for under fives.
Listen to the beloved story, Elmer and Wilbur, make your own patchwork elephant and see if you can find the elephants hidden in the Museum’s galleries.

If you're still looking for something to entertain your little ones then on Saturday, November 4 from 10.30am to 12pm there will be a Museum Explorers session called Marvellous Marsupials for children aged five to 11.
To coincide with World Numbat Day, Museum Explorers will be exploring the world of marsupials and doing some related arts and crafts.
