A Farnham man has been remanded in custody for multiple child exploitation charges.
Harry Nyazai, 26, from Farnham, faced 17 charges when he appeared at Guildford Magistrates’ Court on July 4. He is accused of taking indecent photographs of a child, and attempting to incite sexual activity with a boy aged 13-15 in September 2021.
Nyazai is charged with three counts of making indecent photos of a child and eight counts of taking indecent photos of a child between September 2020 and January 2023. He also faces two counts of encouraging/assisting in a crime in January 2023 and three counts of publishing obscene material between November 2022 and January 2023.
He was also charged with outraging public decency in Farnham on June 28.
Nyazai will next appear at Guildford Crown Court on July 22 for the 17 charges and on August 1 for the public decency charge.
