A Lindford man who died in a car crash near Liphook had the ability to “light up anyone in his presence”.
The family of Phillip Bower have paid tribute to the 45-year-old following his death on Monday, January 8, on the B2070.
Mr Bower was driving a silver Mercedes that hit the Portsmouth Road railway bridge at around 11.25am. He died at the scene.
His family released a tribute through the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary.
It read: “Our beloved son, brother, uncle and friend was our world.
“He had the ability to light up anyone in his presence. His beautiful smile and witty charm were intoxicating.
“He has left a massive hole in our hearts and will be deeply missed.”
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary has renewed its appeal for witnesses and dashcam footage.
