Haslemere Museum is hosting two summer exhibitions celebrating natural history and wildlife.
The Story of Natural History at Haslemere Museum looks at the local history of observing nature. The museum’s collection of natural history objects dates back to the late 1800s, when the eminent physician Jonathan Hutchinson began displaying specimens.
A second exhibition space offers child-friendly interactive displays about British wildlife.
The exhibitions will be complemented by a series of events and activities, including family events in the museum gardens and craft sessions for children.
