WEYDON School students organised donations to Farnham Food Bank.

The food bank are keen not to create waste, so Weydon School asked parents to donate specific items to avoid an excess of donations the food bank cannot store or share. The item decided upon was chocolate selection boxes. Students and their families did not disappoint and a huge number of varying styles of chocolate selection boxes were donated.

Deputy principal Matthew Venton said: “It is a privilege to work with students to support those in need.”

Farnham Food Bank warehouse manager Mel Cracknell said: “Thank you for all your support – it is very much appreciated.”
