THE Harrow Inn will have brews and booze for you this Friday as the Steep pub is playing a major part in two fundraising events.
The pub’s latest Macmillan coffee morning will begin at 10am with sales of flowers, produce, bric-a-brac and cake continuing all week.
The event – hosted by Claire and Nisa McCutcheon with help from Tony Clear and Selina Garstin - has raised £22,000 for Macmillan since 2008.
It’s getting busy on the charity front as Nick Cook (seen here with Claire and Tony) last week handed over the artwork for this year’s Harrow Christmas card in aid of the Rosemary Foundation.
And the pub is also one of the three starting points on this Friday’s Jon Walker Memorial Walk in aid of the same charity.
