A Farnham man has been cleared of dealing Class A drugs – but convicted of driving without insurance.
Josh Gyamfi, 20, of Old Park Close, was charged with possessing 6.6 grams of cocaine in Farnham on June 12 last year with the intention of supplying the Class A drug to an unknown person.
He was also charged with using a BMW 320 car without motor insurance on the A325 Farnborough Road on the same date.
Mr Gyamfi was found not guilty of the drugs charge by a jury at Guildford Crown Court on October 25.
But the driving charge was remitted back to Guildford Magistrates Court, where on November 13, Mr Gyamfi was slapped with a £120 fine, £85 costs and six points on his driving licence.
