Oliver’s Coffee Shop and Wine Bar in Haslemere is sponsoring Grayswood Cricket Club’s newly-formed under-12 girls’ hardball team.

Oliver’s has also renewed its sponsorship of Grayswood’s women’s softball cricket team for 2024. Oliver’s is helping fund the team shirts for the women and girls, as well as hosting social evenings for the women.

The under-12 girls train on Friday evenings on Grayswood Village Green, when Friday Night on the Green will be available to a number of the club’s youth teams – providing drinks and food to participants and parents.

Grayswood’s women’s cricket section was established in 2021. The women have various levels of previous cricket experience – from none to a lot. The team trains on Thursday evenings at Grayswood Village Green from 6.30pm to 8pm and plays games in the I’Anson League, as well as friendlies.
