Farnham Town have announced a new partnership with Pizza Express.

Farnham Town commercial manager Ed Kelsing said: “Pizza Express are going to sponsor the Non-League Diaries. They're also going to offer discounts to season ticket holders of the club and we're going to be doing some free ticket giveaways with people who order at Pizza Express.

“The club's excited to have such a huge brand on board. For us what's really important is how involved they want to get, which makes it so exciting. It's a brand we're going to have a lot of fun with over the season.”

Pizza Express regional operations director Paul Claxton said: "It's great to be part of a town building a team up as part of the community, which is something we want to do.

“We have restaurants in many towns and cities across the country so it felt like it was a good chance for us to be a part of it and show our involvement. It also has links to grassroots football and it's for kids coming through, which is important to us.”

Pizza Express chief executive officer Paula Mackenzie said: “I've been a Farnham resident for 17 years so to be able to sponsor the team is awesome. I've got two sons and they're football crazy.

“We're going to try to do a tie in with Farnham's Pizza Express, where people can go before the game or after the game and get some discounts. They'll get great service and great pizza.”
