Highdell Barns, Warnford, near West Meon, is among 178 lots listed across southern England by Clive Emson Auctioneers, including various ones in Hampshire.

Mike Marchant, a senior auction appraiser in Hampshire for the regional land and property auction firm, said: “The site enjoys vehicular access leading to extensive barn/farm buildings, which includes six stable stalls and which may have scope and potential for other uses, subject to all necessary consents being obtainable.

“The bulk of the site extends to a large area of grazing, which enjoys splendid views over the Hampshire countryside.”

The online auction by Clive Emson Auctioneers, a member of Portsmouth Property Association, starts on Monday, September 16, and concludes on Wednesday, September 18.
